Your responsibilities:
- Assist our worldwide customer base with resolving technical issues of our software and hardware products
- Be the face to the customer and quickly get to the root of their request / concern
- Processing customer inquiries (in writing & by telephone)
- Maintaining & extending our internal knowledge database
- Supporting the continuous development & optimization of our support processes
Who you are:
- IT Education (apprenticeship/technical college)
- First professional experience is an advantage
- Technical understanding and solution-oriented thinking
- Enjoying customer contact & bringing a high level of service orientation
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work in an international context with fluency in English

We offer an annual salary starting from € 2.550 gross monthly. Your actual pay depends on your qualifications & professional experience – we determine the salary in a personal interview.
