Customer Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist our worldwide customer base with resolving technical issues of our software and hardware products
  • Be the face to the customer and quickly get to the root of their request / concern
  • Processing customer inquiries (in writing & by telephone)
  • Maintaining & extending our internal knowledge database
  • Supporting the continuous development & optimization of our support processes

Who you are:

  • IT Education (apprenticeship/technical college)
  • First professional experience is an advantage
  • Technical understanding and solution-oriented thinking
  • Enjoying customer contact & bringing a high level of service orientation
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to work in an international context with fluency in English

We offer an annual salary starting from € 2.550 gross monthly. Your actual pay depends on your qualifications & professional experience – we determine the salary in a personal interview.
