Regional & Digital Marketing Manager – North America

The regional Marketing Executive is responsible for demand generation activities to build and nurture pipeline and support sales teams in achieving their revenue targets across North America.

We are looking for a creative, innovative, experienced digital marketeer who will:

  • Collaborate closely with US sales teams (account managers / Inside Sales) to plan, create, and execute high-impact demand-gen campaigns for both new and existing customers
  • Utilize a wide spectrum of marketing methods to create campaigns and drive demand with a key focus on digital marketing
  • Work with agreed channel partners to create joint campaigns and go-to-market activities
  • Report on success of campaigns, track leads, opportunities / pipeline
  • Grow ProLion’s brand awareness in the US, and act as custodian of the brand
  • Assist with setting up and running virtual and physical events aimed at end users and partners
  • Build and nurture a network of marketing contacts at reseller and alliance partners

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Show clear examples of leads generated by use of traditional and digital marketing
  • Proven experience in targeted / account-based and Intent marketing
  • 5+ years’ experience B2B marketing including partner and alliance marketing activity
  • Ability to collaborate internally and externally to meet the needs of a growing North American sales team
  • Ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously with the ability to prioritize
  • Be a creative, self-starter able to create impactful marketing campaigns that generate awareness and pipeline

Attributes and Essential Skills:

  • Ability to position and tailor company and product content / messaging to the needs of the local market and partners
  • Strong copywriting skills that can transform high-level messaging / product info into focused campaigns – partners & end users
  • Understanding of both traditional and digital marketing vehicles to create integrated 360 campaigns
  • Understanding and experience of CRM and marketing systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot Marketing, Webinars
  • Planning and executing both digital and face to face events
  • Ability to work with HQ on local social media activity
  • A flair for creativity – experience in Canva, Photoshop or InDesign would be advantageous.
  • Creation of impactful presentations via PPT or other essential. Use of video and video editing a bonus.
  • Educated to a degree level
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Attention to detail

There will be some flexibility in terms of remote and office work, but the role will require regular face to face meetings with the sales and inside sales team in our new Dallas office. Therefore, applicants should be commutable to the Dallas office.
