Joining ProLion: What to Expect
Ready to join the ProLion pride and work alongside other lions? Let’s get started! From sending off your application to becoming an official new team member, we will support you every step of the way – no matter what position you’re applying for.

1. Submit Your Application
Tell us about yourself. The best way to do this is with a resume and a few interesting words about who you are and what makes you unique. Of course, you are welcome to send us other documents as well. The goal is to get to know you and get a first impression of your personality and experience.

2. Telephone Interview
If everything goes well with your application, we will invite you to a 20-30 minute telephone interview with a member of our talent management team.

3. Complete A Challenge (Optional)
After the phone interview, you may be asked to complete a task. The task reflects the kind of everyday work in the position you applied for. This is a chance for you to experience what your role at ProLion would be, like and gives us a better idea of your strengths.

4. Personal Interview
During the personal interview, you’ll usually have the opportunity to meet with your future team leader. This is where we’ll ask about your experience and motivation, and get a sense of whether working together would be a good fit.

5. Welcome to ProLion
Before you start your new role, we want you to feel like part of the team. An informal conversation gives you the chance to get to know the people you will be working with, so you can feel more comfortable on your first day. After that, we provide active support throughout your onboarding journey to set you up for success.

We try to make our application process as efficient as possible. It usually takes around three weeks after receiving your application.
We are an international team and are very proud of the diversity of our employees. So, our official company language is English – we all understand that! Depending on the team and office, we also communicate in the local market language.
